How fast do you ship?

Orders generally will ship within 2-3 days of placement, excluding weekends and major holidays. Timed Edition and Preorder items ship when the item has finished production and available but an estimated date will be noted in the product description! We take trips to the post office 5 days a week so we try to get things out as fast as possible. 

What if I ordered something along with a preorder item? Will it ship separately?

Any in-stock merchandise ordered in conjunction with an item marked as a preorder will ship together when the preorder item is ready to go! If you need parts of your order sooner than the estimated date of availability, please consider placing two separate orders. 

Help! Can I return/exchange my order? 

Yes! Please contact us as soon as you can if you'd like to set up a return or exchange! You can reach us at hello@superyaki.com or through the contact page below!

Please note that we're nice but not saints so if your order has been marked as delivered by more than 14 days or has been visibly washed/worn we won't be able to help you out very much. Additionally, we do not cover the postage costs of sending back an item.

If an exchange is preferred, we're happy to pay the cost of shipping the preferred item out to you once the original item makes it way back to us first! 

At this time we DO NOT offer returns/exchanges on any international orders! 

Help! I received the wrong item/missing a part of my order! 

Folks, we are so sorry. We won’t leave you hanging nor will we make you pay any additional costs to get things sorted out. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make all the necessary arrangements to get you taken care of. 

My order was lost in transit! 

Unfortunately with so many variables out of our hands, once an item is turned over to USPS for delivery we can not be held responsible for any lost or missing packages! Refunds/Replacements are not offered if an item is lost in transit. Please contact your local carrier for additional help!

Do you ship internationally?

Yup! Global shipping is available to most countries, including the UK/EU.

You'll have two options to select from. The first is an economical option that will not cover any applicable duties and taxes. Those will be your responsibility to settle upon arrival!

With the higher priced option, duties and taxes are calculated and incorporated into your total at checkout. There will be no additional fees at delivery! Additionally, express shipping with pre-customs clearance insures packages arrive within 1-5 days anywhere in the world.

My international order is taking forever/lost in transit?

Folks, this one is never fun to explain but once a package is accepted by a carrier we are not responsible for lost or missing orders and do not offer returns or exchanges on any international orders. 

Additionally, we can't emphasize enough how little we know about the whereabouts of your shipment once it leaves our hands. We are just as in the dark as you are but we're happy to help if we can!

Do you do custom stuff?

Unfortunately we don't! But our friends at Night Owls Print offer a multitude of custom manufacturing options, you should contact them. 

I sent you an email and haven't heard back! What gives?

Sorry about that! We're working as hard as we can to get back to every inquiry placed but please be aware that for our own sanity we take the weekends off as much as possible.
