Refund policy

We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after your order has been marked as delivered to request a return/exchange! 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with applicable tags, without any visible stains or pet hair, and in its original packaging. 

To get the ball rolling you'll have to first create an account using the email address you used to place your order (if you haven't already). From there you'll be able to select the items you'd like to return/exchange and process a request.

If your return/exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label. That's right, returns/exchanges are free here at Super Yaki however we do not refund the original cost of shipping paid at checkout. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

Exchanges
If you're requesting an exchange, please leave a note in the return request indicating what item(s) you'd like in place of your original order. We do not hold items that are being requested for an exchange so we urge you to send back your order as quickly as possible in order to avoid your preferred items from running out of stock. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final Sale items from our clearance section are not eligible for returns! Additionally, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

International Orders
At this time we do not accept any returns or exchanges for international orders! All international orders are considered final sale and are ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and approved your return we'll process a refund immediately. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 
We ask that returns/exchanges make their way back to us within 15 business days of being marked as approved. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return/exchange and your order has yet to make it back to us we will not process your refund.
